Welcome to the SASSEY Project II, where I share my journey, experiences, and life-lessons.

This is more than just a blog; it's a legacy in the making.

Some of the stories I share touch on addiction, loss, trauma, and hard truths that shaped my life. They are not written to shock or sensationalize,  they’re written because they’re real, and because leaving them out would mean leaving pieces of my truth behind.

I include content warnings not to soften the truth, but to honor the nervous systems of those reading. Healing looks different for everyone, and I believe people deserve the choice to engage when they feel ready.

These stories are shared with intention, compassion, and purpose. I don’t believe in telling pain for attention, I believe in telling it for meaning. The details exist because they matter, because they teach, and because they reflect the reality of what it takes to survive and heal.

If you choose to read on, know that you’re not alone, and you’re allowed to pause, step back, or return when you feel grounded.

Truth can be raw and responsible.

I hold space for both.

Love Always,

My invitation to you..

I want you to pause.

Not scroll.

Not rush.

Just breathe for a moment and notice what softened or stirred inside you.

If my writing does anything, I hope it helps people: reflect instead of react, tell themselves the truth with kindness, choose rest without guilt, and trust that healing doesn't need to be loud to be real.

For language that makes her feel seen without being exposed.
