In relationships, it ensures I give and receive respect, and that I can trust someone to be real even when it’s messy. In my work, integrity keeps me grounded as a counselor, I can’t guide others if I compromise my own values. In life, it’s a compass, it helps me navigate hard choices, heartbreak, and the quiet moments when no one is watching.

Integrity is crucial because it protects my peace, honors my story, and aligns me with God’s truth. Everything I build, my family, my career, my faith, my blog... rests on it.
